Our Blackbird Cuvée is like its namesake: nimble, lively and impossible to overlook. This playful mixture of 50 % Satin Noir and 50 % Pinot Noir is our answer to the desire for a red wine that has depth without being heavy. With only 9.5 % Alcohol it is the ultimate „glou-glou“ red wine with depth.

• The kick: Juicy wild raspberries and red berries dance on the palate. Due to the ageing in used Cabernet tonneaux gives the wine a fine, smoky spiciness and a structure that makes it extremely strong in character despite its lightness.

• The craft: Consistent Low intervention. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and as Country wine directly from the Moselle region. Without added sulphur filled to preserve the pure, vibrant fruit. 100 % vegan and Organic.

• The vibe: A modern „chilled red“. Perfect for anyone looking for a red wine that is easy to drink but plays in the Champions League in terms of craftsmanship.

• Food Pairing: A favorite for creative home cooking. Serve slightly chilled with grilled vegetables with salsa verde, Pizza with spicy salami or a Lentil salad with herbs and feta.
