Our history is still being written.

We moved to the Moselle to fulfil our dream of building a wine business in our family name. We have worked as chef and sommelier, sales representative and marketer, cellar rat and vineyard hand.


We see ourselves as négotiants and collaborators before producers. Although we also produce our own wines, this process has only just begun.

Tanja and Philippe Grandbois met in the vineyards of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. Tanja (German) is an experienced chef, marketer and wine expert. Philippe (Canadian) is an accomplished restaurateur, sommelier, bartender and also an excellent marketer of liquids. grandboisconsulting.com


The Moselle Valley is our home.

When we moved to the Moselle, we found ourselves in the middle of many communities. We love this place and farm land in 4 different vineyards along the Moselle. Our wine is defined by our philosophies. Naturally farmed, spontaneously fermented and low or no sulphur.

Our philosophy is to let nature be our guide. We understand that great winemaking takes time. We work in collaboration to create wines that tell a story.
