Grown in our Steep slopes, It shows the delicate yet profound side of one of the world's most demanding grape varieties. A wine for connoisseurs who value structure and finesse over heavy extraction.

• The kick: Cool red forest berries, sour cherry and a fine, smoky spiciness on the nose. On the palate, it is precise and elegant, supported by a lively acidity and the typical Slate minerality.

• The craft: Consistent Low intervention. Hand-picked on the steep slope, Spontaneous fermentation and a long maturation in used wood so as not to mask the fruit. Unfiltered, vegan and filled with a minimal addition of sulphur.

• The vibe: Timeless and profound. A wine that develops in the glass and deserves time to breathe.
