2023 PINECONE Pinot Noir Rosé

A small wine in big oak. Brand new Tremmaux 500-L tonneaux were used for this small „rosé“ or light red wine with 9.7% alcohol. Full of cherries and red fruits, with notes of baking spices and vanilla from the aromas and tannins of the new oak.

The name Pinot is derived from the French word for pine, in reference to the vine's pinecone-shaped grapes. Our PINECONE series celebrates this heritage by showcasing the versatility of Mosel Slate Pinot Noir, featuring varying levels of new oak, with each bottle reflecting the grape's rich heritage and our dedication to craftsmanship.
