2024 Bad Behaviour Bacchus

2024 was an amazing year for this small vineyard, planted in 1971. Small yields of golden and perfectly ripe berries. 4 days of skin contact before pressing and fermentation on the full lees until bottling in November. Disgorged to order.

The Baaaaaad Behaviour Bacchus is inspired by our Ouessant sheep. They often have a rather cute, but also veeeeery bad behaviour. At the beginning of the season, they also graze in the Bacchus vineyards. The time of the year when they are most likely to be Baaaaad.
