2021 Honigberg Riesling Kabinett

2021 was our first vintage in the Mosel. This Kabinett was made as an ode to the local “VDP STyle” with 60+ grams of Residual Sugar and High (11 g/L0 Acidity. An absolute lighting wine with extremes coming into harmony.

Released after 1 full year in the bottle in 2022.
