Le \u201eContainer Dry\u201c, un Riesling r\u00e9colt\u00e9 t\u00f4t et produit avec un minimum d'interventions. Ce style sec, qui est une tradition en Moselle, conna\u00eet un regain de popularit\u00e9 en raison de la demande croissante de vins \u00e0 faible teneur en alcool.<\/p>\n

Le vin provient de notre parcelle \u201eWiesgraben\u201c, situ\u00e9e entre Maring et Lieser, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d'un verger pittoresque. Le terroir unique de ce vignoble conf\u00e8re au vin un caract\u00e8re inimitable.<\/p>\n

Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les vins secs \u00e0 faible teneur en alcool s'est accru, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une relance de la production de rieslings vendang\u00e9s t\u00f4t. Ces vins offrent un style rafra\u00eechissant et accessible qui s\u00e9duit les palais modernes \u00e0 la recherche d'\u00e9l\u00e9gance et d'\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n
