From the palate to the vineyard: the story behind Grandbois wines.<\/b><\/h3>

Our journey did not begin in the cellar, but with the guest. Our many years of experience in upscale gastronomy have taught us that an outstanding product is always created at its source - in the living soil. Today, this culinary understanding shapes every step of our winemaking process. We don't think of wine in terms of mere analysis, but in terms of textures, vibrant freshness and the perfect moment at the table.<\/p>

Why the Moselle?<\/h3>

We deliberately chose Maring-Noviand. With its extremely steep slopes, the Moselle offers one of the greatest challenges for winegrowers worldwide. For us, this landscape is the necessary basis for the character of our wines. Here we realize our vision of Low-intervention viticulture<\/b> on mineral slate soils, where each vine represents a direct link to the history of the earth.<\/p>

One team, one vision<\/h3>

There are no hierarchies or rigid departments at Grandbois Weine. We see ourselves as a team that shoulders all the tasks in the business together. From the hard manual work on the steep slopes to accompanying the natural fermentation in the cellar and designing the labels - we share every role. This holistic approach guarantees that every bottle contains 100 % of our shared conviction.<\/p>

More than just winegrowers: a community<\/h3>

We are part of a movement that wants to change viticulture on the Moselle - away from the industrial masses and towards diversity and ecological responsibility.
