„It was all a dream“ – Biggie Smalls

This wine was inspired by other Mosel winemakers who hopped a still Riesling and it was delicious. We took a small amount of our Kabinett and fermented it slowly in stainless steel and in a cool cellar until we had 10 grams of sugar left, then we added the Cascade hops for 3 days of fermentation before bottling.

A strange combination of acids that play tricks on the tongue and a clear-hopped nose.
